DERRY, N.H. — The Granite State gets top marks for its healthcare, but it also faces challenges for finding the right medical fit.
That, officials say, is why there is much work to be done to help bring more quality and affordable healthcare to the state.
The Greater Salem and Greater Derry/Londonderry Chambers of Commerce hosted the Southern New Hampshire Healthcare Forum Friday morning at Brookstone Park in Derry.
Local business professionals, healthcare providers, and state and local legislators gathered to hear about programs and funding. The forum delved into what is working, what’s driving premium costs, levels of care and the challenges facing both patient and provider.
