Hi, I’m Beth

I have been practicing family medicine in the Seacoast area for nearly 20 years. I truly enjoy the relationships I have formed with my patients and their families I love the combination of science and art that is at the core of primary care, and I am learning something new every day! My approach to care is to combine evidence-based recommendations and information with an understanding of where each individual is at in their health journey to make sure that they are getting care that is right for them.

What keeps me healthy:
I love being in nature, particularly with my dog. I love to dance, both in classes and just around my house. Cooking at home and gardening help to keep me grounded, and a good book gives me some escape.
