Hi, I’m Anne

In my off time I enjoy spending time with my family (Husband, 3 children and 2 grandchildren) and friends. I am someone who feels most alive and grounded when I am connected to the world and people around me. I love spending time outdoors, where the fresh air and nature clear my mind and help me stay active. I enjoy reading and use this to help me relax and unwind in the evenings. Caring for others comes naturally both personally and professionally; it gives me a great sense of purpose and fulfillment. Altogether, these pieces shape a balanced, compassionate, and connected version of myself.

What keeps me healthy:
A body that is cared for, a mind that is supported, routine healthcare, purpose and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m Allison

I was born and raised in Texas and have lived all over the US in my adult life. I have lived in Maine for about 4 years and have enjoyed exploring and adventuring in the region. My husband and I live locally with our two spoiled dogs who adventure with us regularly. We love to boat, wakeboard, hike, downhill ski and snowmobile. You will find us outdoors living life most days!

What keeps me healthy:
I try to eat whole foods in moderation and move my body regularly. I believe in enjoying great food occasionally while eating balanced most days. I exercise regularly while living a rather active life.
