Learn MoreI believe a physician-patient relationship built upon time and trust is key to optimizing health outcomes. My experiences through training and practice have cemented these principles, and I enjoy getting to know each patient as a whole being, learning an individual’s goals and partnering with them in pursuit of good health and quality of life.
What keeps me healthy:
I think time outdoors is non-negotiable for both physical and mental health. Since moving to New Hampshire in 2017, I have enjoyed learning to surf, ski, and garden. I try to be outdoors, rain or shine, for some form of movement every day. If these activities include time with my kids, spouse or friends, all the better!
