As a primary care internal medicine physician I truly enjoy taking care of all adults throughout the course of their life. I value the relationships that I form with my patients and I want everyone to feel comfortable discussing any issue or concern so we can make the right decisions together.
What keeps me healthy:
My interests include swimming, working out, knitting, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Having practiced as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner for over 8 years, I view the patient-provider relationship as a shared responsibility to build a strong partnership fostered by respect, empathy, humility and authenticity. I strive to connect with each patient on a more human level to best understand their unique needs and empower them to make appropriate health related decisions. I always seek to provide safe and evidenced-based care that promotes high-quality outcomes.
What keeps me healthy:
I enjoy jujitsu, playing ice hockey, camping, hiking, boating, reading and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.

I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and have worked in family medicine in Maine for the past 5 years.

When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and playing with my dog Lola.
