What keeps me healthy:
I aim to spend time outside daily, in any weather! I enjoy skiing, hiking, gardening, and spending time with my close friends and family. I love to visit farmer’s markets and to find ways to incorporate local, healthy food into my family’s diet.

My exposure to working for humanitarian organizations overseas has influenced my decision to pursue nursing, and my passion for community health and serving others has helped shape my practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
What keeps me healthy:
Running with my toddlers/running away from my toddlers. I also love road biking, hiking, traveling (both near and far) and spending time with family and friends.
