ConvenientMD Primary Care Adds Three Experienced Providers to its Portsmouth Practice

ConvenientMD Primary Care has added three new primary care providers to its growing Portsmouth practice. The addition of Beth Remillong, MD, Dorothy McGrath, PA-C, and Marcy Starling, PA-C, expands the practice to six full-time providers, bringing greater access to timely, high-quality primary care services for patients across the greater Portsmouth region. Remillong, Starling and McGrath will begin seeing new and existing patients on August 4, 2026.

“Welcoming Dr. Remillong, Dorothy McGrath and Marcy Starling to our Portsmouth practice will combine their wealth of knowledge with the comprehensive resources we have to support their practice,” said President of Advanced Primary Care Kevin Curwick. “Since opening our first Advanced Primary Care clinic in Portsmouth, our focus has been on removing barriers to care and making it easier for patients to get the ongoing care they need. Adding these accomplished providers allows us to expand our track record of exceptional, patient-centered care in Portsmouth, strengthen our continuity of care and continue our commitment to the community where ConvenientMD was founded.”

Beth Remillong, MD, is a board-certified family physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience, including nearly two decades serving patients in the Seacoast region. She earned a medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at the University of Utah, where she served as chief resident. “I am pleased to join a practice that supports longer appointment times so I can spend more time with my patients to better address their needs,” Remillong said. “I look forward to having more time to listen, build relationships and focus on what is really driving a patient’s health concerns as part of a team-based model of care.”

Dorothy McGrath, PA-C, brings more than 20 years of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, and cardiac surgery. She earned a Master of Science from NortheasternUniversity’s Physician Assistant Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from Wheaton College. She is National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) board certified and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Currently serving as a clinical lead Physician Assistant, McGrath is known for her collaborative approach, leadership in clinical operations and commitment to building strong, patient-centered relationships.

Marcy Starling, PA-C, has more than 29 years of experience in primary care and internal medicine. She earned a Master of Science from Duke University’s physician assistant program and a Bachelor of Science in medical technology from the University of Vermont.
