Manchester, NH — ConvenientMD Primary Care is celebrating the third anniversary of its Manchester primary care practice, marking three years of expanding access to personalized, value-based care for patients throughout the Greater Manchester region.

To commemorate the milestone, the practice recently hosted an anniversary celebration for patients and staff featuring refreshments, commemorative tote bags, thank-you notes and other giveaways as a small token of appreciation for the community’s support over the past three years.

“Primary care works best when providers have the time to truly know their patients,” said President of Advanced Primary Care Kevin Curwick, who attended the celebration. “Longer appointments create space for meaningful conversations, proactive care and stronger relationships that can improve health over the long term. We’re proud that our Manchester team has spent the past three years making that model accessible to more patients. The difference they are making is clear with every connection they’ve made in the community.”

Since opening its doors in July 2023, the practice has achieved several milestones, including:

• 2,369 total patients served
• Over 7,444 preventive care visits completed
• Five Stars on Google Reviews: customer satisfaction as of July 2026
• 30 or 60 minutes: average appointment length

Practice Manager Melanie Herrick, RN, who has served the Manchester office since opening, said the anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on the relationships the team has built with patients and the community.

“When we opened three years ago, our goal was to create a primary care practice where patients feel heard, supported and never rushed, and I am proud to say we achieved that,” Herrick said. “Watching our patient family grow has been incredibly rewarding.”

The ConvenientMD team celebrated the milestone with a staff luncheon featuring catering from The Kitchen on River Road and cupcakes from Bearded Baking Co. They also handed out commemorative tote bags to patients throughout the day.

The Queen City practice continues to accept new patients and currently offers same-week appointments, helping reduce barriers to timely primary care for individuals and families seeking a new provider.
